Before a date is held
Planning and booking policies
Deposit
Any deposit and date-hold terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the service agreement for the specific booking.
Weather
Weather decisions follow the event organizer and the written service agreement.
Mechanicals
Mechanical interruptions are handled under the written service agreement and cannot be assumed to create a refund or credit.
Working boundaries
- Organizer compliance: Coaching format (in-car, radio, pit-lane) depends on event organizer rules. We coordinate to stay compliant.
- No guarantees: We do not guarantee lap-time outcomes. The objective is repeatable, measurable improvement.
