Information you choose to provide
Inquiry forms may collect your name, email, message, car, experience, event context, travel dates, vehicle plan, and service interest. Onboard-audit requests may include a link to footage you are authorized to share. Cal receives scheduling details when you use its booking experience. Beehiiv receives the email and subscription choices entered in its embedded form.
Analytics, attribution, and local storage
Google Tag Manager and any configured analytics tags load only after you accept analytics. Analytics events use route, campaign, service, inventory, and form identifiers; they must not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact travel dates, filenames, or free-form messages. The site records a confirmed scheduling milestone when Cal reports a successful booking, but does not send the booking ID, meeting title, attendee details, or meeting time to site analytics.
With analytics consent, the site may store allowlisted UTM values, partner or creator codes, and the initial landing route for up to 90 days. The consent choice remains in local storage until you change it or clear site data. The “Privacy choices” control lets you revisit that decision.
Processors and purposes
- Formspree: receives enabled inquiry and demand-capture forms.
- Cal: provides intro-call scheduling.
- Beehiiv: manages newsletter subscriptions.
- Google Tag Manager: loads approved analytics tags after consent.
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the site and may maintain security and access logs.
Retention and access
The operating target is to review inquiry and scheduling records within 24 months and delete them when no longer needed for follow-up, service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Newsletter records remain until unsubscribe or deletion. Processor backups and security logs follow the processor’s configured retention and must be recorded in the deployment data inventory before production approval.
Your choices
You may decline analytics, unsubscribe through newsletter messages, or request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.

California residents may contact us about applicable rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information. Whether a particular right applies depends on the law and the business’s circumstances.
