Sway bar settings, alignment, and tire pressures for extracting maximum pace from the Porsche Cayman GT4.

The Porsche GT4 is capable in factory form, but setup choices can still change balance, tire behavior, and driver confidence at Laguna Seca. The stock alignment is too conservative. You will kill the outside shoulders of your tires.

The GT4 has adjustable sway bars (Soft, Medium, Hard). Base Setup:
If the car understeers (pushes) mid-corner (Turn 3, Turn 4), soften the front bar. If the car oversteers on exit (Turn 11), soften the rear bar.
Laguna isn’t a high-downforce track, but you need stability over the blind crest (Turn 1). Run the rear wing at maximum angle of attack.
Don’t buy parts until you max out the stock adjustments. Need a setup sheet? Email me and I’ll send you my baseline numbers.
